Telemedicina, telessaúde e digitalização: revisão sistemática utilizando o protocolo prisma (2020-2022)

RESUMO
Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre as temáticas: telemedicina, telessaúde e digitalização da saúde, considerando o período de 2020 a 2022. Proposta: A pandemia provocada pelo covid-19 afetou o formato na execução e entrega dos serviços, exigindo rápida transformação e adaptação por parte das empresas. Na área da saúde, especificadamente em atendimentos realizados pelo SUS, houve uma redução 42,5% em procedimentos de consultas médicas, o que pode contribuir com o represamento de atendimentos e ocasionar sobrecarga no SUS pelos próximos anos. Para a realização da pesquisa, foram escolhidas três bases de dados: Spell, Scielo e PubMed, resultando, após a filtragem, em 14 artigos. Conclusões: Os estudos apontam que ainda não há um consenso a respeito do conceito de telemedicina na literatura, e que de modo geral, a modalidade foi bem aceita pelos usuários. A temática teve crescimento significativo a partir de 2020, a respeito de pesquisas realizadas, desta forma, é possível afirmar que esta é uma área de pesquisa promissora e que necessita de estudos empíricos mais aprofundados especialmente na área da administração.

Telemedicine, telehealth and digitalization: systematic review using the prisma protocol (2020-2022)
ABSTRACT
Objective: Conduct systematic review of the literature on the topics of telemedicine, telehealth, and digitization of healthcare, considering the period from 2020 to 2022. Proposal: The pandemic caused by Covid-19 affected the service execution and delivery way, requiring rapid transformation and adaptation from companies. In the healthcare field, specifically in services provided by the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), there was a reduction of 42.5% in medical consultations, which may contribute to a backlog of services and overload the SUS for the next few years. Three databases were chosen for the research: Spell, Scielo, and PubMed, resulting in 14 articles after a data filtering. Conclusions: Studies indicate that there is still no consensus on the concept of telemedicine in the literature, however, this modality healthcare service has been well accepted by its users. This subject has had significant growth in research conducted since 2020, thus it is possible to attest that this is a promising research area that requires more in-depth empirical studies, especially in the area of administration science (public administration, governance, or management).
